PATIENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT

As part of our operation, we are recruiting for a Patient Support Assistant, to provide friendly, effective and proactive office-based support to our patients, operating in conjunction with our network of fully qualified Hearing Aid Audiologists around the UK. We are looking for candidates who are confident and effective at communicating with customers via phone, email, chat and other digital platforms to provide a fantastic interaction that makes our patients’ day.

Duties will involve delivering an excellent service to all customers by providing first-line patient support, including resolving any issues or requests; making patient-satisfaction follow-up calls; providing customer information and assistance and making changes to Audiologists’ diaries.

AUDIOLOGIST SUPPORT ASSISTANT

As part of our operation, we are recruiting Audiologist Support Assistants, to provide office-based support to our network of fully qualified Hearing Aid Audiologists, who are geographically based around the UK, providing a domiciliary care service (visiting clients at their homes).

We consider ourselves to be “one family”, operating with small mixed teams in a friendly, welcoming and supportive family environment.

Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for candidates who are confident in making outbound calls to deal with telephone enquiries from clients who have already responded to our marketing messages or reputation.

Duties will involve managing Audiologists’ diaries as well as interacting with patients. Therefore being organised in journey planning and possessing good clear diction over the telephone is necessary.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Organised

• Excellent inter-personal skills, in order to build rapport with our clients and Audiologists.

• Self-motivated in order to provide outstanding customer service and deliver results

• Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team

• Working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word and excel 

Experience of working in a sales or customer service environment is preferable. However, this is not essential since we provide on-the-job training.
