Careers With Hearfocus

We’re looking for exceptional audiologists, who are passionate about providing excellence and empathy in hearing care.

As one of the UK’s leading independent domiciliary hearing health care companies, and as part of our exciting growth plans, we’re looking to grow our national network of professional audiologists, and our service and fitting agents.

Our mission is to provide the very “best-in-class” domiciliary audiology care, and testament to this is our excellent Trustpilot rating.

People are the DNA of every business and our business is all about our people who underpin everything we do and how we do it.

Our core values our embedded in our company culture and the way we serve our patients:

Forward Thinking

Are you exceptional?

To join us, you’ll need to be customer-centric and an all-round hearing care professional, who’s able to build strong rapport and long-term relationships with patients.

We’ll provide you with all the support you need to work in the field, but you’ll need to also be a resilient and enthusiastic self-starter, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. And as being part of the Hearfocus family is vital to your and our success, you must be a team player too.

HCPC registration and a driving license is essential. Experience of working in a field based domiciliary care role is desirable.

(HCPC registration not required for service and fitting agents).

You’ll reap the rewards

We can promise you a great remuneration package modelled around you and your career. And you can expect the usual carrots – high rates of commission, car allowance, pension and up to 34 days holiday.

But more than that, you can expect job satisfaction with a good clinical and commercial mix, from working for a top player in the industry who really cares about patient care. But whilst we’re nationwide, we retain the friendliness and culture of being part of a large work family, supporting each other at every step.
