And we realise, in these isolating times, it’s even more important for you to be able to keep in touch with family and friends on the phone, and to be able to hear the TV and radio. 

If you need help with your hearing aid

  • Call us

If you are experiencing any problems with your hearing aid, or need help, please call us on 0345 602 5083. We have team members home-working to take your calls during our usual hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am – 1pm on Saturdays. 

  • We’ll show you by video

If we think it will help, we’ll use a video call, like Whatsapp, Facetime or Skype, to show you what you need to do. We’ve also created a youtube channel especially for our customers, with easy to follow guidelines on how to fix common issues with all styles of hearing aids. Just click here to go to the channel

  • Service/repair your aids from a distance

If all else fails, we may ask you to send us your hearing aid(s) and we will arrange a service/repair by a qualified audiologist before sending the aid(s) back to you as soon as we can. 

Hearing aid batteries delivered through your door

Don’t worry, you won’t run out of hearing aid batteries with our mail-order service. We are continuing to process all battery and accessory orders (subject to stock being available) and we are sending out all orders daily.

Order your batteries on our website or by calling us on 0345 602 5083. Wherever possible, we’d be grateful if you could order online to free up our team to help customers with their hearing problems. We’ll post out for delivery through your letterbox, and remember, we offer free delivery on multi-pack orders of 6 packs and above.
